So you’ve probably heard of Modular signed artist Jonathan Boulet but have you heard of his side project PARADES?

This band band has the potential to overshadow Boulet’s solo career as a result of its beautifully arranged pop songs which have led to some critics comparing them to the Postal Service, Sigur Ros and Radiohead. At its core PARADES is a four piece however on stage they are joined by a plethora of other players. PARADES have already garnered strong support from those in the know with an early demo gaining them high rotation on FBI and Triple J as well as support slots for Malcolm Middleton, Jebediah and a show at the Peats Ridge Festival.

Their eagerly anticipated debut EP is out this Friday on Dot Dash/Remote Control Records. I’m sure it will blow your mind!
